All Maslow units are designed to work autonomously in the event that communication with the Moixa Cloud is lost. In this situation the Maslow will not receive any configuration or software updates, nor will it upload data to the Moixa database. The dashboard can still be viewed, but will show the last received data which could be substantially out of date.
When communication is lost Maslow continually tries to reconnect to the Moixa Cloud and upon doing so will upload current data plus as much historical data as it was able to hold internally (there may be gaps depending on the period of disconnection as Maslow has a finite data store). It will also check for missed software updates or configuration changes (including changes to the daily plan) and apply them as necessary.
Apart from via the dashboard, this behaviour has been designed to be transparent to the user and will not interrupt service.
